MI WATCH FIRST IMPRESSIONS | Better Than Apple Watch???

Friends! In this article, I am going to tell you about MI Watch! Yes, you heard
me right, It is Not Apple Watch, Not Samsung watch but it is an MI watch. This article
gives you first impressions of this watch. Since this watch is not released yet, I don’t think it will release in India.

Packing:
It comes in
a well-designed box, with some of the important features and the price written
on it. The box contains a watch, strap, and User guide as usual. There is nothing
much to tell about the packing aspect of the watch.
Design:
This MI the watch has lots of resemblance with Apple watch. Starting from the packing
itself. It has the same resolution, size of the display, outer design including
digital crown, microphone, and power button at the same position, the speaker also
present in a similar place. In the physical aspect at some points, the MI watch is
a bit bulkier as compared to apple watch.
The MI The watch comes with 1.78” AMOLED display with 368X448 pixels resolution and it is protected
with Gorilla Glass 3. Here I will be talking about standard edition which comes
with Aluminum body & silicon rubbery strap. Since the quality of the strap
is good it fits perfectly.
The MI the watch has Digital crown on clicking it opens app drawer and one can use it to
navigate through the menu options. The speaker helps in taking calls in the watch
itself.
Features:
The MI Watch
comes with an in-built speaker, Voice assistant, eSIM support which means it
supports 4G, and the watch comes with WIFI, GPS, NFC, and Bluetooth 4.2. It has
lots of sensors to track user activities such as A+G, Heart rate sensor, geomagnetic
sensor, Ambient light, Barometer, OTS, Play music, make calls which makes it as
a standalone device.
It has good
brightness and also has one of the important features i.e. Always-on display
feature. The smartwatch comes with 40+ exclusive apps (ex. Weather app,
Calendar app, MIUI app store, Clock app, Wallet app, etc.)

The smartwatch comes with SNAPDRAGON WEAR 3100 processor which ensures lag-free
daily usage. It has 1GB RAM, 8GB STORAGE, it has Wear OS in it.
Data
Tracking:
The MI
Watch has step counter, heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, blood pressure
monitoring. For fitness freaks, it also has different workout modes such as
Walking, Running, Cycling, Mountain climbing, Swimming, Indoor running, Indoor
walking, and more. All workout related data is stored in MI wear App.
Battery:
The MI
Watch has 570mAh battery with magnetic POGO pin charging which gives around 3
days of battery backup. This quite interesting as compare to other brands at
this price range.
App:
MI wear app
is need to pair with the watch and track the daily activity data. It has lots
of watch faces to increase the look of the MI watch.
Price:
The
Standard Edition MI Watch costs 1299 Yuan in china which is 13000/- in India.
Final Thoughts:
As we have seen
all the features of this watch we can say if feature-packed smartwatch with
all the necessary functionalities. If you live in India I think you have to
wait till it launches. If you live in any other country then go for it.
